Secondly, it has been brought to our attention that people are having problems pledging by selecting the tier level on the right-hand side of the project main page. We have contacted support and are waiting for this to be resolved. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and hope that you still decide to back us!
Whilst we wait for support to get back to us and hopefully fix this issue, we have managed to find a workaround that still allows you to pledge. By selecting the "back this project" button at the top of the project page and selecting your chosen tier from there, you should be able to back us with no issues.
